Later this week, we plan to bring significant improvements into the REC Portal and Digital Navigator, with respect to User Experience and User Interface (UX/UI).
This follows a significant period of gathering and analysing user feedback, and working with UX/UI experts to introduce a new unified design approach which will span both Portal and Digital Navigator services.
We believe that the result will be significantly improved navigation - ensuring users can more quickly find the information they need - as well as a more congruent design across services, creating a slicker connection between the two platforms.
